Homework for Monday 6/21/2010

• Textbook Ex 2 on P.151
• Textbook Ex 3 on P. 152
• Workbook Practice 5 on P. 91
• Bring in one short poem that you like in your native language.
• Send me your reflection journal 2 if you have not already done so by Saturday night!

On Monday, we are going to do a peer-editing activity where you read your classmate's journal.
In other words, your classmate will read your journal. So if you haven't written yours yet, do it by this Saturday night and send the file to me as soon as possible.

One more thing, you can bring your dictionary - not English-English dictionary- with you so that you can use it when translating the poem:) You don't have to translate it before the class.

What did you find easy to learn in the past 2 weeks?
What did you find difficult?
Why do you think it was easy/difficult for you?

Write an essay by answering the questions above.
Relate your answers to your strength(s) and weakness(es) in learning English.

- List up things that you want to write in your paragraphs.
- Give specific examples to support and make your points clear.
- Organize your paragraphs by making proper transitions.
